About me
Irma V. Medrano is a certified Community Work Incentive Coordinator (CWIC) and an Employment Network counselor with Imagine Enterprises. Irma has 15 years’ experience in the non-profit sector assisting people with disabilities in many regards with 11 of those years as a certified CWIC.
As a CWIC, Irma educates beneficiaries that receive a Social Security disability check on how employment will affect their federal and state benefits which includes Social Security cash benefit checks and health insurance. She helps identify work incentives that can be used to keep more of their money.
As an Employment Network Counselor, Irma assists beneficiaries that are working and want to eventually become independent from Social Security cash benefits.
